The Stockroom, located in the Physical Plant Building, houses parts for every maintenance operation performed by the UAH Maintenance Department. Because of the variety of parts required for UAH maintenance service, the Stockroom stores over 250,000 parts at an inventory cost of over $200,000. Inventory transactions are accurately tracked using the sophisticated MP2 software application.

Check our pricing on maintenance and supply items you regularly purchase. In many instances our prices will be competitive with what you might pay from outside vendors. We use the University's Journal Voucher system to charge authorized purchases to your department, so you don't need to submit an MRR (Memorandum Receiving Report) to Accounting.
