Requests for construction or modification to an existing facility may be made to the Office of Campus Architect. Service Order requests should not be related to maintenance matters, as those should be directed to other departments within Facilities. Upon making a Service Request, the party responsible for request should be prepared to provide work order and budget funding number for work, both for review and planning, estimating, and if approved to proceed, construction activity. The Office of Campus Architect cannot provide work for modifications or new construction without appropriate work order and funding.
